Partindo do convite da empresa DST, no seguimento do seu apoio contínuo à promoção da leitura, o romance é um projecto multi-plataforma de divulgação da literatura portuguesa que envolve para além do lançamento da obra ilustrada, uma curta metragem interpretada pelos colaboradores da empresa e musicada pela criativa banda de David Santos, Noiserv. Com este projecto, pretende-se celebrar a literatura, a imagem e a música num palco recheado de instrumentos alternativos e inusitados. A história de uma família portuguesa, em finais do século XIX, tornou-se uma das obras mais consagradas a nível mundial. Do punho de Eça de Queiroz, numa escrita realista que apontava todos os defeitos dos protagonistas, seguimos os Maias. O palácio do Ramalhete aqui representado pela Casa de Sezim em Guimarães e o Museu dos Biscainhos em Braga, são alguns dos palcos da acção. Nestes lugares desfilam personagens-tipo de um tempo “queirosiano”: mulheres fatais, políticos corruptos, jovens utópicos que assumem um papel de mudança no futuro do país, para, no fim, nada terem develop a consistent and dynamic identity that can be applied in multiple ways. the graphic element present in the identity refers to the famous moleskine® notebook. since the "moleskinerie" is now represented in orange color I chose to keep it presented but with a new shade. in the sent proposal it’s also demonstrated how the brand behaves in different ways and in various media. i think it's a Humanist and reporter Karol Kallay (SK) and his book Bratislava in the years 1944–1964. Baroquely talented photographer of hope Jan Saudek (CZ). Ostrava religion from extraor- dinary Czech documentarist Viktor Kolař (CZ). Students photography: Main theme of this years festival is devoted to the works of photography students from five countries. We choose it on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Department of Photography at the academy of Fine Arts in Bratis- lava. We have invited students from FAMU Prague, Hungarian academy of Fine Arts, Budapest, The Polish National Film, Television and Theatre School, Lodz and Finnish Art Schools, Helsinki to the festival. International conference dealing with the problem of teaching photography and current trends in the European photography will be held as well. Academy of Fine Arts in Bratislava prepared a short presentations of the fifteen European schools in tha Medium Gallery. Portuguese photography: The second theme is the work of Portuguese authors. It will be presented in the historical development of the years 1890–1974, but also in contemporary works of the photo group Kamera- photo.
